-If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will reimburse you for the full cost of the product provided it is returned in its original condition.

-Returns are honored within 30 days of delivery accompanied by proof of purchase. —Returns accepted for non-warranty related reasons after 30 days from date of purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.

Greenstone Steel typically ships orders within 1-2 business days following payment processing.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday between 8am – 5 pm excluding holidays.
